Mirella Kleijnen is professor of Customer Experience Management at the marketing department of the School of Business and Economics.
She also serves as a Vice Dean of Education on the Board of SBE.
She obtained her Ph D from the School of Business and Economics, Maastricht University, the Netherlands.
She also serves on the editorial board of Journal of Service Research and European Journal of Marketing and she is Accosiate Editor of the section Technology, Interactive and Social Media for the Journal of Business Research.
Currently, Mirella Kleijnen is Vice Dean of Education at SBE.From a teaching perspective, she has a strong track record in various teaching programs, including bachelor, master, and post-graduate level.She has taught a variety of courses, including Consumer Science for Online Commerce, Marketing Sustainable Innovations, Creativity & innovation, Marketing Strategy and MSc Thesis coordination and supervision.Roelie has worked in the financial industry over 25 years.Prior to her current role she was CEO of TKP Investments for more than a decade. During her leadership it quadrupled in size to around €30 bln.He also serves as editorial board member of the Journal of Product Innovation Management, which is the leading academic journal devoted to the latest research, theory, and practice in new product and service development.Fred is ranked number 18 (out of 1718) in the 2012 list of the World’s Most Active Innovation Management Scholars.It addresses both the strategic planning and executional part of new product development and management in both established firms and new ventures.Topics of particular interest are new products marketing, accelerated product development, management control in development projects, learning in development projects, and intuitive decision making in the fuzzy front end of innovation.Before taking on this role, she was the program director of the Bachelor's programma International Business Adminstration.Addtionally, she had a leading role in curriculum innovation during her work in the Committee van der Wel.
